On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tim Liznick of Mississauga, reappointed by O.C. 692/2025 as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, has resigned from his appointment effective December 31, 2025;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995,Order in Council numbered 692/2025 be revoked, effective the later of December 31, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made.
