On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 1588/2017 dated July 26, 2017 that nominated

Lori Holloway of the Town of Caledon

as a member of the Self-Directed Personal Support Services Ontario under the Corporations Act be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
