On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
