On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John Helis was reappointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of one year, effective January 1, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 1376/2018;

And whereas John Helis tendered his resignation effective March 1, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 1376/2018 be revoked effective March 1, 2019.
