Order in Council 198/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1268/2024, dated September 26, 2024, Amber Langmuir of Kawartha Lakes was reappointed as an alternate part-time member of the Lake of the Woods Control Board for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of the reappointment;

And whereas Amber Langmuir resigned her appointment effective January 1, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to section 2 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Act, 1922, as re- enacted by section 1 of the Lake of the Woods Control Board Amendment Act, 1958, Order in Council 1268/2024 is revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
