Order in Council 2071/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Securities Act

Maureen Jensen, of Toronto, Ontario

is re-appointed as a full-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding three years effective February 10, 2018; and

Pursuant to subsection 3(5) of the Securities Act, Maureen Jensen is re-designated as Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of her appointment as a member of the Commission; and

Pursuant to subsection 3.6 (6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act, Maureen Jensen is, for the term of her appointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan.
