Order in Council 209/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008,

Leslie Lewis of Toronto

be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council;

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, she be appointed as a member of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council;

And further that pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation Act, 2008, she be designated as a vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Capital Growth Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council;

And further that as Ms. Lewis has been appointed as a member and designated as a vice-chair with this Order in Council, her previous appointment as a member by Order in Council 101/2021 dated January 28, 2021 is hereby revoked on the effective date of this Order in Council.
