On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(3) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019, Douglas McLarty of Ottawa be appointed as part-time member and designated as vice-chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Douglas McLarty was reappointed as part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of one year, effective February 20, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 72/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 72/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
