On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1511/2008, dated September 10, 2008, appointing Dr. Valery M.J. Rossbach as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
