On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Venture Ontario Act, 2008, Richard Robarts of Toronto be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 18, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
