On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 264(1) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994, the following by-laws are hereby approved:

By-law No. 5 respecting the standards of sound business and financial practices for credit unions, and

By-law No.. 6 respecting the standards of sound business and financial practices for credit unions, in particular the monthly provision for doubtful loans and reserves

By-law No. 5 and By-law No. 6 are appended hereto.
