On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 8(3)(g) and subsection 8(5) of the Justices of the Peace Act, Derek Parks of Shuniah be appointed as part-time member of the Justices of the Peace Review Council for a fixed term of four years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
