On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4(2)(b) of the Veterinarians Act, Theodore Arnott of Fergus is appointed as a part-time representative member of the Council of the College of Veterinarians of Ontario (hereinafter the “Council”) to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to section 4(3) of the Veterinarians Act, Theodore Arnott shall be remunerated at a rate of $160 per diem when serving as a part-time member of the Council and shall be reimbursed for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of their duties in accordance with the levels set out in Management Board of Cabinet directives.
