On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Priscilla de Villiers was appointed a part-time member and designated Vice Chair of the Office for Victims of Crime for a term of three years, effective August 12, 2015, by Order in Council O.C. 1045/2015;

And whereas Priscilla de Villiers tendered her resignation effective October 4, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 1045/2015 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
