On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1165/2013, dated August 14, 2013, appointing Dr. Michael Bourke McDonnell as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
