On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 147/2015 dated February 4, 2015 and O.C. 1669/2015 dated December 2, 2015 that reappointed and designated

D. Scott Campbell of Toronto

as a part-time member and part-time Vice-Chair of Cancer Care Ontario under the Cancer Act, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
