On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO subsections 8(1) and 8(6) of the Connecting Care Act, 2019, Catherine Zahn, MD , FRCPC of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member and designated as part-time Chair of the board of directors of Ontario Health to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective March 7, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
