On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Anne Werker was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective September 22, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1388/2023;

And whereas Anne Werker tendered her resignation effective December 16, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 1388/2023 be revoked effective December 16, 2023.
