On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO section 6 of the Invest Ontario Act, 2021, Ernie Eves of Caledon be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of Invest Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding one year, effective March 18, 2025 or the date of this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
