On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(3) of Ontario Regulation 4/22 made under the Development Corporations Act,

Elliot Fung of Baden

be reappointed as a member and designated as the vice-chair of the board of directors of Intellectual Property Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of March 7, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
