On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 8(3) and 2(2) of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016, Robert Wellstood of Peterborough be re-appointed as a part-time director of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) and as such continues as a member of the Authority, for a fixed term of three years effective March 7, 2026.
