On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(b) of the Midwifery Act, 1991, Jamuna Balaram of Mississauga be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
