On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS pursuant to Order in Council 1355/2025 Robert Poirier was reappointed as part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term of three years, effective November 7, 2025;

PURSUANT to section 9(3) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017;

Robert Poirier of Oakville

be designated as vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation, for a term ending on November 6, 2028, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
