On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1), (2) and 12 (1) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996,

Sanjay Dhebar of Vaughan

be reappointed as a director and designated as the chair of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 1754/2023 be revoked.

And further, this Order in Council shall be effective the later of January 31, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
