On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1), 9(2) and 9(4) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011, Bashar Alrehany of Mississauga, be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, and shall be re-designated as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
