On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4(1) of Ontario Regulation 498/06 made under the Civil Remedies Act, 2001, and subsection 3(1) of Ontario Regulation 236/03 made under the Prohibiting Profiting from Recounting Crimes Act, 2002, Lisa Barazzutti of Timmins be appointed as an adjudicator for a term of three years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
