Order in Council 306/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Aulaire O'Malley of London be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Aulaire O’Malley was appointed as a part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective October 10, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1281/2024;

Further, whereas Aulaire O'Malley was reappointed as full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective July 20, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 671/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1281/2024 and Order in Council O.C. 671/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
