On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 12 (1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, James Neven of Lynden be appointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission for a fixed term of two years effective the date this Order in Council is made.
