Order in Council 3/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Michael Kraljevic of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective February 11, 2023.
