On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Ken Bednarek of Ottawa be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Whereas Ken Bednarek was reappointed as a full-time member and associate chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 21, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1365/2022;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1365/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
