On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

PURSUANT TO clause 6(1)(b) of the Psychology and Applied Behaviour Analysis Act, 2021, John Capobianco of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
