On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Rob Sampson was appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective July 13, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 987/2023;

And whereas Rob Sampson was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective July 13, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 989/2023;

And whereas Rob Sampson tendered his resignation effective February 1, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Orders in Council O.C. 987/2023 and 989/2023 be revoked effective February 1, 2024.
