On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, Warren S. Milko of Cayuga, be appointed a Crown Attorney in and for the Province of Ontario and that Order in Council numbered O.C. 2128/2006 and dated November 15, 2006, appointing Warren Scott Milko as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney be revoked.
