On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Joe Patrick Paul Fiorucci, Barrister and Solicitor of Hamilton, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective March 7, 2018.
