On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Dawn Sullivan of Ottawa be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of five years, effective June 24, 2026.
