On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Maija Laitinen of Sault Ste. Marie be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of three years, effective April 4, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
