On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Katherine Livingstone of Hamilton, appointed by O.C. 1626/2024 as a part-time lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from her appointment effective January 23, 2026;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1626/2024 be revoked.
