On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Appeal and Review Boards Act, 1998, Carla Whillier of Aurora be reappointed as a part-time member of the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board for a fixed term of five years, effective March 12, 2026 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
