On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act,

Erica Phipps of Ottawa, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee effective March 4, 2018 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years.

[Ms. Phipps’ appointment by Order in Council 247/2015 will expire on March 3, 2018.]
