On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Neil Brodie was appointed by Order in Council O.C. 1528/2025 as part-time member and designated as Vice-Chair of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario pursuant to subsections 6(1) and 6(2) of Ontario Regulation 612/20, Centralized Supply Chain Ontario made under the Supply Chain Management Act, (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective December 4, 2025;

And whereas it is necessary that his appointment as a part-time member and designation as Vice-Chair be revoked;

Now therefore Order in Council O.C. 1528/2025 is hereby revoked, effective December 4, 2025.
