On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 512/2016, dated April 6, 2016, Daniel Sawaya was appointed as a member of the Board of Governors of Ontario College of Art & Design University;

And whereas Daniel Sawaya has resigned from the Board of Governors of Ontario College of Art & Design University;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 512/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
