On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, S. Rochelle Liberman, Barrister and Solicitor of Toronto, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective March 26, 2026.
