On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Khalid Akram was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective June 25, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 161/2022;

And whereas Khalid Akram tendered his resignation effective February 16, 2024 ;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 161/2022 be revoked effective February 16, 2024.
