On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Judy Mintz was reappointed a part-time member of the Board of Legal Aid Ontario for a fixed term of three years, effective March 5, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 259/2023;

And whereas Judy Mintz passed away;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Legal Aid Services Act, 2020, Order in Council O.C. 259/2023 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
