On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024

April 15, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024, c. 2, which amend the Provincial Offences Act, come into force:

Schedule 16, s. 1, 2.
