On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 250(1) of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994,

Carmen Rossiter of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario for a term of two years commencing on March 11, 2017.
