On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Robert Brown of London be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Robert Brown was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective June 22, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 407/2025;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 407/2025 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
