On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Robert Patchett of Ottawa be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective June 17, 2026.
