On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Elke Rubach was reappointed as part-time member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 28, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 1374/2024;

And whereas Elke Rubach tendered her resignation effective September 19, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act, Order in Council O.C. 1374/2024 be revoked effective September 19, 2025.
