On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006,

Deborah Lynn Richardson, Deputy Minister

be appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission, effective March 18, 2024, for a term not extending beyond the earlier of July 11, 2024 and the date she ceases to be a deputy minister.
